The American Harvest FD-61 Snackmaster Dehydrator has a top-mounted fan with 500 watts of drying power that generates maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables and jerky and the patented Converga-Flow drying system forces air down the exterior pressurized chamber and across trays for fast even drying. The adjustable thermostat allows the user to dry different foods at proper temperatures for best drying results.
